ALPHELYS now proposes Spot Browser® SL, the stand alone software for tissue arrays analysis on a computer that is disconnected from the capture workstation.
Spot Browser® SL allows analyzing spots images digitized on the capture workstation by simply opening the standard Spot Browser® 2 study file with its images folder.
You recollect spots images that are perfectly identified and ready for analysis .

Spot Browser® SL includes all the standard features of Spot Browser® 2:
• spot images browsing and reviewing
• annotations fields
• quantitative imaging tools
• automated analysis
• report edit
• results export in Excel table for archiving into TISALYS®.
Thanks to Spot Browser® SL, you will occupy the capture workstation only the necessary time to capture spots images from your tissue array. You are freeing the use of the workstation for other users or other applications.
